Luxury as a Celebration

Luxury as a Celebration

My wife and I are selective about what luxury items we buy, like a necklace I just bought her from www.goldsea.com, for example. Sometimes we buy something special for a celebration, but not just the obvious celebrations. Besides national or religious holidays and birthdays, etc., we find unique things to celebrate that are specific to our lives. This was one of the things she liked about me in fact, when I was wooing her! She has this same spirit about life, so she was thrilled that I not only appreciated her but could completely participate in this approach! She is original and creative in her gifts and in the things she celebrates. One of the things I like is that she makes even the small things special. The way she presents something is also what makes it special. For example, she made a special dinner and put on lovely music for the first time we used a new table cloth she got. She also arranged beautiful flowers that went well with it and said the tablecloth was a gift to us for our meals together, to celebrate our enjoyment of good food together. We feel very fortunate for what we have-well, first and foremost, to have one another, of course!–and we do our best not to take things for granted. We also try to not have too many things, just well-selected, and well-appreciated things.
